ItalSystem s.r.l. initials in 2005 a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Aeronautical Design of University of Naples undertook to develop joint Research activities in the field of Aeronautical Design.

Platform and mobile agent system to support the industry.
Collaboration with the University of Salerno and with the University of Naples has made possible the launch of "IETM" Research Project.
"I.E.T.M." Research Project, will make a major contribution in Interactive Electronic Technical Manual and Maintenance Manual process solving problems of management manuals and training of specialized personnel of the aerospace.
The project will represent an appropriate tool for those who must understand and then work with complicated products. The ultimate goal will be to define a learning model based on web technologies and an architecture that will allow access to training content anywhere and at any moment if they will request.
Strong point of the project will be the possibility of creating a channel of interaction between the services of construction and maintenance, to enable a useful combination in the process of training, offering the ability to add and modify services to better meet the specific needs of business. “I.E.T.M.” then, answer tons of bulky documents currently used and difficult to manage, with a platform for joint services with mobility.
Considering as a potential customer the avionics industry, this project will outline a multi-layered framework for the creation, management and use of manuals in an advanced Web, presenting an added value that will make it very "captive" to the market.
